Charles Manson received a life sentence so what sentence will Donald Trump receive?

Cherles Manson claimed he didn't kill anyone and he was 100% correct.

He was convicted of influencing, inciting and ordering a crime whereupon people died.

I see no difference between the crime committed by Manson and the crime committed by a group of people incited. influenced and ordered by Donald Trump to illegally enter an area whereby 4 people died and a numbeer of others injured.

Now let us guess how many years jail will Trump receive?

I predict the cvnt will get off scot free and that is just not fair.

Lock the bastard up fo 30 years I say.

The OP should read Life Sentence and I would appreciate if the mods could edit it.

    Thanks in advance!

    Mods............. Charles Manson also.

Most with a modicum of common sense would understand my point.

Thank goodness mod cyrille sorted out the title of the thread. How about the text of the OP, cyrille? There are a numbeer [sic] of mistakes in it.

No he wasn't, he was convicted of seven counts of First Degree Murder and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Added: Plus two more counts of First Degree Murder after he was imprisoned.

Sorry to ruin your entire thread.

had skid, ld or chico made the original post the mutt pack would have descended, with pitchforks aloft and torches ablaze, to harangue bully and insult.

so how come loy toy, drunk out of his mind at 4.30 in the afternoon, manages to ridiculously conflate the manson killings with the trumpian bluster that led to the storming of congress yet escape unscathed apart from a relevant meme from cyrille and some bile from harry.

^^ Yet Manson did not draw a weapon, nor stab anyone let alone being on the scene of the crime.

He was convicted of influencing, advising, inciting a group of people that believed in him to commit a crime.

    Yes or no Harry?

I don't know if you can't read or something, but the answer is still no.

I'll attribute your temporary stupidity to alcohol.

LOS ANGELES — Charles Manson, shaggy leader of a cult-like clan of hippie types, was convicted Monday of first-degree murder and conspiracy along with three women followers in the savage slayings of actress Sharon Tate and six others.

AP Was There: Charles Manson, followers convicted of murder
Now, once you've sobered up enough to not be a fucking dickhead, we can discuss whether Washington DC has the appropriate felony murder statutes and whether or not they could be applied to baldy orange loser for telling people to go down the capitol.

Remember Manson sent his followers out with explicit instructions to commit the gruesome murders of rich white folk with the intention of blaming it on African Americans and starting a race war.

Of course if this causes your addled brain to have a meltdown, you could also considering just shutting the fuck up so you don't spout any more shit while you're pissed.

^^ Manson had control of 4 or 5 followers and used his influence to create bedlam.

Trump has control and influence over 70 million followers and what we saw yesterday could have turned really nasty and the death of 4 people is a miracle.

You can think what you like about me if it suits you.

The fact is he knew what could happen and did not give a fuck

There is a very big legal difference between "knowing what could happen" and "instructing someone to commit murder".

If you can't see that, I'd go and sleep it off.

^ It is not my responsibility to acknowledge the risks Harry so you go and pull your head out of your arse.

Since yesterday Trump has realised what he promoted and incited has really been a wrong move and now with 5 deaths he now could be culpable.

Outside of your or my control things are now happenning to bring this Trump criminal to task about his bad and selfish decisions.

Give the fucker 30 years in jail to think about himself. He only thinks about himself.

As much as I'd like to see the bald orange turd die in jail, you clearly don't understand what the fuck you are on about.

Finding him criminally culpable of five deaths for telling people to go to the capitol and protest is simply not going to happen.

Now, a civil lawsuit from the victims' families, that's a very much different story. I'd be surprised if a jury wouldn't find him at least partially responsible for the deaths, plus that would hit him where it hurts.

And it won't stop the State prosecutors looking at his other crimes.

Remember they couldn't nail Al Capone for anything until he dodged his taxes.
