    New Year Resolutions 2021

The La Nina rain clouds parted in QLD to give us a sunny curtain-closing on a year to remember.

Happy New Year to the denizens of the DOOR whenever the clock rolls over wherever you are.

I had my NYE cigarette with my beer to celebrate - so I can pledge to give up smoking again for another 364 days

Stuck in the US, as soon as I am vaccinated in the next couple of months (I hope, ) I am out of here , I will let the lizard people and the " patriots" fight it out.
    Life is too short.
My Greek passport has been approved, all I need to do is make it there and present some required documents. Then visa free for Greece and EU. No lizard people,
ohh and the Greek embassy issues income certificates, (does thailand accept these anymore or has it changed?) hard to keep up with the immigration changes in Thailand.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

How can you make NY resolutions in this climate?

    All the gyms are shut

Travel plans are a no go.

Giving up the tabs is a good idea. I finally quit 4 months ago, thanks to covid actually, that and 12 quid a pack and standing outside pubs in the cold

But yeah, I will need to lose a few pounds.

May your resolutions last more than a day

HNY Loops, I'd swap views for a week.

My resolutions are to finish my bathroom and kitchen.
    Continue my home gym workouts.
    Stop drinking as much.
Get a campervan and tour Europe later in the year.

I am on a runner. Swerved drive up to the local store. The Indian clerk gave me the stink eye. I told him that it was New Years, so he gave me a pass. Since it is going on 8am here I realized that I am fooked up. The only drive through open is Jack in the box. Grabbed a couple jr cheeseburgers and a large jalapeño popper. I hope the Mexican staff doesn't give me covid.

None. Just hoping to make it through my last full year of working and be ready to launch my fat azz out of the USA in early 2022.

^^ Good luck with it mate.

My new years resolution is the same as it has been since living here in Thailand.

Remain positive and try to achieve something new every day.

Today's new task is to remove the ceiling out of the love shack as it seems we have termites.

And I hope everyone has a healthy and safe 2021.

None as well. Pretty much business as usual. Most of my colleague friends and buddies claim they will quit drinking, quit smoking, lose weight, exercise more and at the end of each year they still smoke, still drink, gained weight and never exercised...

    Happy New Year.

    In no particular order:

    1 - Improve my non-existent abs
2 - Complete the build of my little Cubesat satellite, which I put on hold a couple of years ago in Myanmar when their military bods came to visit me about it...
3 - Find wife #4. This last NYR is well-nigh impossible, due to not being attracted to 'mature' women. Also, my new partner would probably be freaked out by my sex doll - not enough room in my bed for 3...
Groping women when you're old is fine - everyone thinks you're senile
