As long as I follow the rules, nothing will happen to me or my family right.
Had my first Pfizer shot a couple of hours ago. They keep you under observation for 15 mins. to make sure there is no allergic reaction and then you're on your way.
Will get called back in a few weeks for the second one.
So now I'm particularly keen to see vaccine passports being progressed. I have a nice little book with the first dose recorded in it.
^ My mum's had her second, no problem.
So are you over 80 Harry?
No mate. The Middle East are loaded, they have buckets of the shit and they are dishing it out as fast as they can.
You can pick the proper one or risk it with the chinky one as well (not that you'd want to).
My dad has his first one in Blighty yesterday. They are obviously having to ration it.
Just wondering? What happens to me if i am the one who doesn't take the vaccine? Like you all took it yeah? So what does it matter to you? You are vaccinated yeah?. So why why do you insist that I take it?, Why not just a test? OHH BECAUSE even if you have the vacc you will test+ because the the vacc is the virus.
^ The vaccines don't give or guarantee 100% protection. But I dont mind if you don't get a vaccine, deeks - just don't forget to start a new thread about your experiences if you get Covid19.
I'd rather have a needle in my arm than a stick up my nose.
Either can be uncomfortable if administered sloppily. I had a Covid test last week, and it was no worse than the quick pinch from the injection.
There is tenderness at the injection spot, feels a bit bruised when moved, but otherwise nothing. That apparently disappears in a couple of days.
So if I have my second dose as scheduled I will reach immunity on Valentine's Day.
That's when I start looking for flights...
Apparently you can still transmit the virus even though you've had the vaccine.
IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE GETS VACCINATED, THAT WAY WE GAIN HERD IMMUNITY.
Without herd immunity the disease will hang around for years in sufficient numbers to disrupt economies travel and work.
If you have had the disease - this is only confirmed by a test - then you have a certain amount immunity for about 5 months. however people are getting reinfrcted. The best way is a vaccine which gives a much higher rate of immunity that just having had the disease.
Their are virtually no risks whatsoever from vaccines........ even though the Covid vaccine is still in it's infancy, it is known what sort of risks vaccines can produce and they are minimal for any vaccine because of the way they work.
Oh dear.
The base ignorance survives in clusters.
