Looks like the stompy-boy for exhaust brakes. Shirley they are still a thing on heavy vehicles?

Our 68 Chrysler Imperial had two. Second one mounted higher was for changing radio stations.

B, in our old cars it was the dimmer for high beam lights.

That was one of the few I didn't know.......

So I'm not officially that old.
