Don't care too much for snails myself, but being an old timer, they are the only animal I can outrun

    1. Raisins. They completely ruin a muesli for me and I spend ages picking them out.

How can anyone NOT eat peas?

I am a big, fat zero.

I was expecting to see some edgier wildlife. I refuse to eat turtle, shark and dog on principle. Then there are a few Isan specialiities that I cannot manage. None of them on this list.

One of my sons has never been willing to eat peas. He wouldn't as a child and he will not now. He is well-travelled and pretty much omnivorous. He has never been able to explain to me what it is he finds difficult about the humble pea.

I can only cull grapefruit from that list 'cos it messes with a medication that my local quack has prescribed me.

Snails in garlic sauce are a common bar snack in Portugal.
They give you a tooth stick to pick them out of their shells.

Cauliflower and raw fish are my no's.

...liver and snails, though I've eaten both: liverwurst with a sharp mustard...and snails in Paella...

Agree too. Would have liked to have seen things like brains, trotters, insect larvae, fish roe, kimchi, kangaroo, durian, and anchovies on there as well.

Oysters, liver, blue cheese, snails and bananas. Although I've tried them all.

However... I will eat oyster sauce, liver pate, blue cheese sauce and mashed bananas.

    1?

Pleased they were not. I'd have had to list them all except anchovies.
