Don't reckon my boss would be all that keen on me eating dinner at work before knock off time but that is a great tip.

Myself, I eat once a day and thats dinner. Breakfast is a coffee from then until dinner its water only.

Eating at 4:59PM or 5:01PM or 23,000 o'clock isn't going to make jot of a difference.

There are no magic bullets / diets / exercises it's simply how much you're eating and food and exercise are just two variables to manipulate to achieve whatever your goal is.

fast 16 hrs a day - eat in the 8hr window.
limit carbs - it will give your liver a rest too.
Lose it slowly - so you can keep it off - 10kgs over 6 plus months is fine if it stays off.

Oh, historical, as in the few months you've been here longer than me, of course.

But surely if you eat and then still have a few hours of movement instead of eating and just falling into bed makes a difference?
(Asking for a friend - no, not YD)

    Nah...
A big dump will suffice nicely.
    A least 5-6kgs.

    Problem solved.

Not easy to lose and sustain the loss, especially for people over 50, unless you get hit with a big illness.

I managed to drop from 79 to 75 Kg (I'm 174cm) in a month without too much diet change, except limiting average alcohol intake to a couple of bottles red wine / week.

I walked 1 hour a day during the working week and 2-3 hours a day at weekends. The latter was so I could still have a decent drink when I wanted. I swapped walking for cycling if I felt guilty.

Number 1 rule is to weigh yourself every morning before you eat or drink anything. Keep a record and add mileage if you are feeling guilty.

    Best of luck...

I eat what I want when I feel hungry which is normally around 6.00 pm and after a days work.

Your body will signal when it needs some fuel.

    And here lies the answer.

It will most probably extend your lifespan by doing this as well. This gives your gut a rest.

There is a shite load of clinical data on the net.

Search : Prof David Sinclair and Dr Valter Longo ,Dr Rhonda Patrick and the best IMO, Dr Peter Attia.

The only advice that worked so far was Jeff's.

I took a dump and I'm at 98 kilos as of this afternoon.
