Well judging by trump, whoever made this simulation has a wicked sense of humor.
If anyone knows how to contact them , I like them to make my character thinner and taller.

    Smart one that.
What? Who gives a fuck. He would be entitled to half. If he continued renting he would get fuck all back.

No money down. Every long term renter should be doing this.

Nah, he'll be over the balcony or adding some posts to Latinkaren's "My wife hates me because I'm a c u n t" thread.

There's no way he's getting half if his wife owns it and they break up.

Is that what she told you when you put the money down for red furniture?

Of course he will if he takes it to court. Assuming he is married under Thai law.

Congrats YD if you are on the up and up about it. That balcony looks pretty small though. Lumpini structure ? Can you hang your laundry out to dry?

So its basically a service area for the aircon that blows hot air across it?

I have been to a few friends places that have Lumpini condo's. The balconies are pointless. But if you hang your clothes out there and turn on the AC you can dry them with the AC compressor heated air.

It's not lumpini and you can use the balcony.

    Hint. It's on petchaburi road

Not trying to figure out where ya live YD. All good. its just most balconies in those condo's are useless. They house the aircon and you can't put a table and a few chairs out there and relax. Basically you walk out and take a few pics like you did and its done, close the door and only open on rare occasions.

Not necessarily. Although this picture is not from condo but a hotel near Lumpini (Dusit), it's quite spacy, the a/c does disturb the whole area. It could be in a condo as well
Finally bought a condo in BKK-1010280004-jpg

However, the balconies in Thailand are useless from another reason: Did you ever see Thai people enjoying their (open air) balcony? Wherever in Bkk or up country...

I use mine everyday. Have for 22 years now. Not useless, not used by some Thai's no big deal at all. If its there use it. But sadly in YD's case it's not big enough to be used.u

I would venture a guess that will also be the only window in the unit.

I quit smoking over 6 years ago, but even more reason to have a balcony for guests who do - regardless of the size. Good to air the place out or just admire the view.

If you ask me, a balcony is a luxury and any balcony is better than no balcony.

More interestingly, what's the interest rates like?

I'd never live in a condo without balcony- I don't even like hotel rooms without them. Your wife might appreciate it too, so she can burn her paper effigies on Feast of the Hungry Ghosts, without setting off the fire alarm. Anyway, congrats on your purchase daddyo. Maybe tell us a bit about the surrounding area.

Incorrect. Same view from the bedroom. Real door, not those shitty glass studio doors.

My mate has a very nice place with three balconies at Asoke, one of which directly overlooks Soi Cowboy. Spent many quiet, contemplative moments there- waving at the girls.
