Sounds cool.. what are the prices like compared to say, Toronto?

I just moved as well into a rental apt, but it came furnished, pretty nice too. Sadly no balcony!

    Me too...

Since YD appears to be a Star Trek fan it appears that he is just a "Klingon" sort of like a leech or tick as they say.

But again. Congrats on "Your" Condo YD.

This time you would go to court and speak with the judge. Not sit outside like last time.

I think I'll be OK on mine 70,000 + wifey 80,000 salary. That's a minimum pay at fake international school. Condo is only 20k a month on a 20 year loan.

Ya know YD, you tell so many stories and lies its hard to give you any credibility. First you title the OP "Finally bought a Condo" which after a few posts you admitted your wife did and its all in her name. Then you say you are moving back to Canada then say you are staying because you married the girl of your dreams which is followed by you posting you could up and leave and its a Win-Win on the condo some how assuming you would get half. Then you say you do not work and your wife supports you 100% and haters are gonna hate then say you are looking for a job then say you have a 70k baht a month income....FFS.

I think you are obsessed for attention and a Mythomaniac and have some sort of anti social disorder.

    Everything in marriage is together.

It surely doesn't sound as dumb and stupid as I just bought a house in Isaan.

    That I will never own.

You sure send out an entirely different message about your marriage. You appear to have little or no respect for your wife based on your posts. While yes one could agree the condo is community property, it would be a tough sell in court to prove you contributed to and deserve half the asset. Now maybe some years down the road and you are able to show that you jointly paid the mortgage you might have an argument, but now you do not have a pot to piss in as they say.
