I wish I owned a bucket factory in Pattaya industrial estates

Or had a saleryman job at a door mesh factory in CM. CM is land locked though. I've never understood it's appeal.

I doubt you'd be qualified for either.

'Whiny beta-bitch' just isn't an impressive CV filler.

I've just renewed my annual business visa and work permit here in Laos. No trips to immigration, no documents to provide, not even a bloody signature. Just hand over your passport to the agent with some photos and wait for the agent to visit my rented house to return my passport with a new stamp

My online teaching works fine. I teach 'direct', and if I don't get on with a student or if the mum is just using me as a babysitter for her youngster, then I cancel/block their lesson bookings.

I've got my bicycle, my off-road bike and my legs (I use the latter mostly for a daily 5-7 Km walk). Touch wood, but my health and fitness is excellent for my age.

I don't bother cooking because my own cooking tastes crap and it's cheap to eat out every day ==> French bread and Lao coffee for brekkies in town by the Mekong, freshly-prepared salad for lunch.

Maybe one reason why life is not a slog is because I ditched all greedy partners yonks ago. I only do what I want to do nowadays, not what someone else thinks I should do
You have a fair bit of dramatics with the ladies if I recall. You even made a thread that you thought ladyboys might be a good option because they aren't the usual woman. But the forum talked you out of it

Hence the reason for my final para "Maybe one reason why life is not a slog is because I ditched all greedy partners yonks ago. I only do what I want to do nowadays, not what someone else thinks I should do ". Those events were a bitch, but thankfully now many years ago.

As for the LB option, I passed on that one and bought a female sex-doll instead
Groping women when you're old is fine - everyone thinks you're senile

It's been a hard slog for me particularly over the last 3 years with this new patent application of mine.

Almost daily I receive examiners reports questioning certain patent claims from people who have never had anything to do with packaging containers.

Very frustrating and time consuming but yesterday I finally received confirmation from Japan saying they have awarded me a full patent for that country.

I expect I can now use this document to receive confirmation in other countries as Japan is particularly difficult when it comes to approving patents.

I am extremely pleased with this outcome.

I can convince myself that it isn't that bad and I have some ways out. There. Yay. I feel better. Except convincing myself of this isn't followed up by physical energy. I have to drown myself in coffee , kratom and tobacco to have enough energy to get through the day.

I don't have the energy to brush my teeth every day. Happens every 3rd. Hard to muster the energy to wash my feet in the shower. That requires bending over. So I just let the water hit them a bit and call it good
