Where are you planning on traveling to once this COVID-19 situation is over?

I don't know about you, but this whole closed borders thing is starting to get more than a little stale now. Optimistically looking forward to more cheery times and a more open planet in 2021. Where are you planning on going?

First, I should probably visit the fam in England, I'm trying to sell a house, so there is less and less reason to head back by the years, still good to see the family though.
Then Thailand, I am keener than ever to get back to LOS, I've certainly missed my annual trip back. BKK, Jomtien and then island hopping would be the plan-tried and tested itinerary that I enjoy. I'd also like to squeeze a visit back to Myanmar to see friends, catch up and get some good hiking in Shan State done. Then back to UB, for what will probably be my last year, as I've mentioned on other threads, I am am keen to make a more permanent move back to Thailand.

Will try to get back to see the family and friends in England, asap. We (my company in LOS) have lost a lot of business from the neighbouring countries, and looking forward to resuming services also.. Another year like this and we will be struggling to survive, tbh.

I miss decent fish and chips and English Chinese food, but UK is probably more repressed nanny state now, than it was when I left over a decade ago.
The pandemic has changed life for everyone, everywhere.
Not looking forward to the ‘new normal’ anywhere.

Getting a bit stir crazy now. Will jump ship at the first opportunity, wherever that might be ........

    ETA because I can.

I need to do a shopping trip to Bangkok, also have a full health check-up/heart checks (usually do these each year). A visit to the dentist to sort out an old tooth that fell out during the lockdown. Oh! also a trip to some sordid, fetish establishment where I can be thrashed to within an inch of my life by 2 (or more) nubile maidens...
Groping women when you're old is fine - everyone thinks you're senile

    Anywhere in SEA.

Just who opens first without a two week quarantine.
