^ She had four husbands... and according to Wikapedia one of those marriages was 1990 to 1994...

    The best of the best....

    1. Breaking Bad - The best TV show ever and absolute must watch
    2. Sopranos - A close second.
    2. The Wire - tied

These three are all a must-watch for any of you bored punters.

of course the sopranos is great...but it would have been a better overall series if it was 60-70 episodes.

if they were making it today, it probably would have been right in that range.

Canneloni is my all time favourite Italian food and I have it every time I can... but for some reason a lot of Italian restaurants don't seem to offer it.

It often seems to be spinach and feta cheese wrapped up in a pasta roll, but when you get a meat stuffing with a creamy sauce it is just fantastic. Maybe Nonna has a recipe?

Bearing in mind the scarcity of ingredients in Korat, could I maybe use lasagne sheets to roll up the meat stuffing with?

I think it’s frequently omitted from menus because it is relatively time consuming to stuff the toobs.

If you ever try to make it with lasagne sheets do be sure to post pics.

...Sorry: Nonna focused on lasagne, not cannelloni...

    I second that suggestion.

Seriously good and highly addictive, just like crystal Meth.

The Sopranos ending was a proper disappointment after all that time invested in watching it all religiously .

480p is good enough quality if you are gonna watch it on a phone.

Fair enough. The Wire is top-notch and the fact remains that if you liked one of these series you will like the other two.

Yeah I did and started rewatching it again. Not far off The Sopranos at all.

The Wire I never finished, which I need to do. I preferred The Shield. Will have to give it another go. Started on Good Girls, which looks good.

I wanna watch Mad Men too and finish Arrested Development and Dexter. Too much TV, not enough time. All the best TV nowadays is American who do some great stuff and how I think TV is at its best in episodes of 10, like Fargo or Ttue Detective. I think the UK was only good before it became all pc and none of its really aged well, maybe Only fools and horses.

I wouldn't mind watching All in the family with Archie Bunker, is that banned nowadays? I don't see it on my tv box.

^ If you like Breaking Bad, try Better Call Saul, a spin off about the lawyer.

RubbishMost of Netflix is 480p and some of the stuff on my TV box which looks ok on a 40 inch. 480 is DVD quality and if you have a decent tv it will upscale it anyway.

I tired of that after two seasons. I hear this season is great though so will probably skip to that.

I hate these series that go on too long and they run out of ideas. Like Lost.

I've really enjoyed The Last Kingdom, from Viking times. There's four seasons of that to get in to...

^ I watched the first series of Last Kingdom. It was alright albeit a tad wooden and those accents annoyed me.
    Especially fookin Uhtred.
Nah I'd sooner begin Vikings, which isn't some made-up Tosh

Another good series is "Oz" about life in a US prison.
