It's all kicking off on Koh Panghan

    Proper little crime wave.

SURAT THANI: A Spanish man has allegedly stabbed a Chilean man to death on Koh Phangan in this southern province.

Police were reported at 1am on Saturday. When they arrived at a rented house in tambon Ban Tai, they found signs of a struggle inside and the body of the Chilean man, 41, with a knife stuck on the left chest and multiple stab wounds on the torso.

SURAT THANI - A 24-year-old Bangkok man was arrested on murder charges after allegedly slashing his girlfriend's throat with a knife in a fit of jealousy on Koh Phangan island on Tuesday night.

Natthanet Rujvoranont, 24, told police he flew into a rage after seeing her chatting with another man on LINE app.

The murder occurred at a bungalow on Rin beach in tambon Ban Tai of Koh Phangan district, Pol Col Prachum Ruangthong, chief of Koh Phangan police station, said on Wednesday.

Police and rescue workers alerted to the incident and sent to the scene found Mr Natthanet crying beside the body of a woman lying face-up in a pool of blood on the bed.

SURAT THANI: Police believe an Asian man was responsible for the alleged rape of a Norwegian woman, 26, on Koh Phangan early on Sunday morning.

Inspecting the scene on the southern tourist island on Monday, Surat Thani police chief Pol Maj Gen Apichart Boonsrirote said the woman reported her case to the Koh Phangan police station at 3am on Sunday.

According to him, the woman attended a half-moon party in Moo 3 village of tambon Ban Tai at 11pm on Saturday. When she returned to her room at Goodtime Beach Backpackers hotel at about 2am on Sunday, she realised she had lost her wallet.

She and a male friend tried unsuccessfully to find the wallet and she decided to walk back to the place where the party was held alone.

On the way, an Asian man on a motorcycle offered her a ride to help her find the wallet but he turned into an alley opposite a Big C store and attacked and raped her there. The scene was about 100 metres from her hotel, Pol Maj Gen Apichart said.

Norwegian allegedly raped on Koh Phangan

SURAT THANI: Police on Monday evening arrested a Thai man for allegedly raping a Norwegian woman aged 26, one month after he was released from jail for narcotic offences.

Police identified the suspect as Rewat Hansuwan, a 33-year-old native of Khanom district in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. He was arrested at a motorcycle repair shop near Thong Sala market on Koh Phangan.

Police found he and his motorcycle matched the descriptions of the suspect in surveillance camera footage. The man was seen talking with the Norwegian woman and her male friend before the rape.

^^ Bugger knows why my pic has changed to Clint in the film Grand Torino.

It was originally a paper clipping about Jack the Ripper and his 5th victim.

Many believed "buy to let", residential/commercial, is/was a good idea.

You may have chosen to invest part of your portfolio likewise.

Currently many renters are not paying rents/have less occupancy. Hence the owners are either content or in dire straights. The model is becoming unstable.

Many utilise "options" enabling multi generational asset retentions, all legal I'm assured by my trustee.

The oiks, from the ancient Greek word oikos, alleged in some "histories", pay something called, "Taxes".
