You can probably just put mouthwash in an empty spray bottle and spray it on your hands.

Or if not then try 12 year old Glenlivet
    Does mouthwash contain 70% ethanol?

I'm running of rubbing alcohol/hand sanitizers for our checkpoint frontliners.

Is there a chemist here that can help me formulate a homemade hand sanitizer that smells decent or close to one.

I believe, 10ml Zonrox, 1 liter of water, 1 bottle of Rhum and an additive for fragrance will do the job. Pls. correct me if I'm wrong.
I am so unlucky that if I fall into a barrel full of D*ick**s, I'd come out sucking my own thumb!

^^ nope. You need at least 60% alcohol in the final product. Drinking alcohol is normally 40% alcohol. So your starting material is already too dilute. You need 100% ethanol (difficult to get) or rubbing alcohol as the starting material.

If you get rubbing alcohol it is 2/3 rubbing alcohol, 1/3 aloe Vera gel.

Go with the proven natural remedies as opposed to the more dangerous chemical variety.

That's the mixture my daughter uses for us and friends/neighbours . . . plus a fragrance, usually tea tree or eucalyptus

I don"t do internet shopping for appliances, I prefer to see the item first. One of the things I like about SE Asia is that they"ll unpack and turn it on for you. I get to see how things work and build quality.

I left the power cable for my camera battery charger in Germany, as well as hair clippers and scissors.

I wish I had had time before flying back to NZ from Malaysia as it was a rushed ticket-changing thing and there was no time for any last-minute (but planned) shopping . . .

Dried Mangoes, macadamia-, pistachio-, brazil- and cashew nuts from our favourite nut shop in Bandar Utama, KL . . . usually by the kilo

I am with many of you though. We didn't stock pile anything and I haven't said yet "Man we should have bought that". Everything is pretty much available online and delivered right to your house and has been. Amazingly even beer and spirits from Tops.

That said though, I miss just going out and about and walking stores and other places or going to dinner and eating there versus taking everything to go.

A few more bottles of wine wouldn't go astray.

I appear to have made a rather large hole in the limited stocks I had.

Same here on some of my liquor. I have a bunch in queue to be brought over by my visiting colleagues when travel bans have been lifted.

I kid you not. We live in Lampang. My wife uses their app and puts in the cart and they deliver the next day.

Yes, let me clarify. That was before the ban. Now we can still get food but not alcohol. Wishbeer.com is another that will deliver to you(After the ban that is)

You had me all excited for a couple of minutes!

My local mum and pop place has now completely sold out of everything, and cannot get new supplies.

    Forecast: long and dry....

Any budding airline owners a few "new" 737 max's have become available:

China's CDB Financial scraps purchase of 29 Boeing 737 MAX jets

"China Development Bank (CDB) Financial Leasing Co (1606.HK) said on Monday it had agreed with Boeing Co (BA.N) to cancel the purchase of 29 undelivered 737 MAX jets, adding to a string of recent cancellations of the grounded airplane. The model has been grounded globally for more than a year following deadly crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia.

“In light of evolving aviation market dynamics, we’ve been working together with Boeing over many months to re-calibrate our MAX orderbook to be in line with our long-term view of the market and related opportunities,” Xuedong Wang, chairman of CDB Financial unit CDB Aviation, said in a statement.
The lessor said it retained an order for another 70 of the planes that also have yet to be delivered.

Boeing recorded a total of 150 MAX cancellations in March, including 75 from Irish leasing company Avolon. Boeing remains in talks with regulators seeking approval to return the plane to service, but its customers have also seen a sharp fall-off in demand due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Boeing said in a statement it continued to partner with leasing company customers to help them balance their portfolios in a challenging market.

“As we work to return the 737 MAX to service, our focus remains on addressing our customers’ fleet needs while optimising the delivery of the more than 4,000 airplanes in our 737 backlog,” it said.

“As market conditions normalise, Boeing anticipates that lessors who have restructured or reduced their orderbooks will continue to add MAX aircraft to their portfolios through sale leaseback agreements with airlines,” the planemaker said. “Longer term we expect these lessors will again place orders for direct MAX purchases.”

CDB Financial Leasing said that all 737 MAX 10 jets still on order will be switched to the smaller 737 MAX 8 model, and 20 deliveries will be deferred to dates in 2024, 2025 and 2026. "

There is a free cancellation option, if Boeing fail to deliver, within a year of the agreed delivery date, apparently.

I think it is province specific. Mine province is due to end on 30th. But I have read BK ends on 20th, so my province might fall into line.

I decided to make a flan today but the electric scales don"t work...cheap Chinese crap!. They tell the time but that's it.
Anyway, measured sugar and flour in tablespoons and it hasn't come out too bad.
