It's a big psychological thing though really, buying when the markets are plunging. I think I'm getting cramp in my sphincter muscle.

Free advice, don't try to catch the falling knife and ffs don't get caught up in the hysteria of an occasional dead cat bounce; the markets have dropped so much so fast that you could well afford to miss those first few % of a recovery.
