Is Detoll an effective anti vaccine treatment for surfaces and the like?
Or would Vodka be better?

I don't know what the fuck "Detoll" is.
Maybe you should try Dettol.
The supermarkets sold out of dettol, then sold out of Vodka.
Connected, almost cetainly.
Lao Khao or White spirit is cheaper and just as effective in killing germs .
Get some 'Hydrogen Peroxide' from your local pharmacy. I get mine from the vet, he has bigger bottles.

Good video ... will have to try it as a grout cleaner as suggested.
Funnny or luckily whichever fits, we have always used Dettol anti bacterial soap and my wife buys it frequently in qty when its buy 1, get 1 free. We have quite a bit. Who knows how really effective it is.
I brought over four 12 can cases of Lysol bacterial spray about 1.5 years ago. I use it sparingly around the house.
As for Vodka or Lao Khao, They recommend 70% alc but I suspect any alcohol will assist. I would think you could add Lao Khao to some liquid hand soap in a pinch. Not probably anything to effective but better then nothing. Then have a drink of Vodka straight. swirl it around in your mouth and relax.
Or better still, cow urine
There is a slight side effect of wobble-headedness
experts have said it does not matter what kind of soap, sanitizer you use, ONLY do a good job of it.
Vodka is no good. You need 60% alcohol. Absinthe will do it
Think you mean antivirus. Anyway, the answer is most likely Dettol will do the trick:
Understanding the Novel Coronavirus | Dettol
Dettol ia an anti-bacterial, useful as a surface cleaner.
The label specifically mentions it is effective against Human Coronavirus. But the company says they have not had access to the Covid-19 virus for testing, so they cannot make any claims.
Surely it cannot be hard for one of those high-tech labs doing vaccine research to pour some Dettol on and tell us what happens?
Scientists warn there is NO evidence Dettol can kill the deadly Wuhan coronavirus | Daily Mail Online
Here's the answer
“The virus can be effectively inactivated from surfaces with a solution of ethanol (62-71% alcohol), hydrogen peroxide (0.5% hydrogen peroxide) or sodium hypochlorite (0.1% bleach), in just one minute. Frequent handwashing with soap and water is the most effective way to avoid contagion.”
I use a Detol hand wash purely coincidental.
When I lived in Germany, it was often cheaper to top up the winter screenwasher bottle with Vodka because it was cheaper than. Screenwash liquid.
My mother always used dettol disinfectant and I follow that tradition. Always use it in Thailand and the shower gel and the antiseptic cream if I can't find germolene (savlon for the feet also on mother's instructions). She's been dead nearly 20 years now so can't say it kills everything...
I always put a capful in the bathwater if the kids have had a busy day outdoors at the beach or hiking or something. The smell takes me back to my childhood.
Right, I contacted my best mates wife in NW Scotland, who has been a local nurse for 40 years. They breed them tough up there. I explained that I'd got 1000ml of Alcohol Ethanol - 95 % and 5 liters of Hydrogen Peroxide at 50 %.
How Dear Una, for that is her name, do I use this stuff to make economical but effective sanitizer?
Her answer follows;
More or less;
Use the Alcohol to make bombs it's all its good for.
Make a mix of 3.5 percent Hp to distilled water and spray and wipe.
All available on Lazada.
The bombs sound fun.
