Bail refused, so iirc she'll be in the Mulawa section of MRRC Silverwater, not far from where I lay me head for a while. The good ol' days.

Lots of big Abo women in that wing Dave, I'm sure she'll be popular with her taste for the high-life and fancy bags.

Not the first time this woman's name has been mentioned on TD.

Last time it was in connection to a donation for a GoFundMe page set up by someone who'd had a road accident in Thailand.

"Is this a goood time to buy Lu?" Maybe NIO, down -4.23 at 4.080.

Does Lu pay divs and what is the P/E ratio?

Lu even encourages you to let the dividend stay in the system so you see your initial capital grow every month!

There are extra bonuses for that. It's really quite a fantastic investment structure.

That's the one. I knew I'd seen her name before, but I thought she was a donor to the Thai Cave Rescue.

Ray, I know you find it difficult to read what I wrote, so, for clarity, we simply used her company for money transfers into Thailand, not as a deposit service paying an interest as you have decided to cherry pick.

She had many tentacles to her business, but, in the end, they all fed her scam.

Rather irrelevant, any 'business' found via facebook and not registered with appropriate authorities is suspect.

yeah, you and your girlfriend "simply" chose to transfer money with someone who claimed to be paying out $60 per fortnight on every 1,000 "invested'.

Ray, as I said above, we simply used her Money transfer service.

The Australian Federal Police took 3 years to bring all the tentacles of plan to a stage where they could charge her.

As for 'everyone is laughing', what people say publicly and what people say privately are in contrast.
Privately, people have thanked me to bring news of this scam to the forum.

I could have been less then honest and not mentioned my involvement, but I'm happy to take the digs, even from dickheads like yourself, if it reminds people of some of the scams that are operating out there.

KW, what makes you think that we 'found her' through Facebook.

Facebook is only used in the title of this thread.

    what could possibly go wrong?

    fair enough.

    but....

ponzi sucker dave is relentlessly attempting to support his finance bonafides through cnbc links and the quote in his sig....and the fact that he and his girlfriend got suckered by what has to be one of the most obvious scams is pretty funny.

the 'friend' exchange brokers is quite popular all over Asia for transferring funds between countries without the banking costs,

a lot of scams, one guy in France was working with the Chinese, he was from Pakistan, look like an homeless person and was going from Chinese restaurants to Chinese restaurants, he was clearing 1M EUR per month,

yep, carrying up to 12M EUR in plastic bags in the metro, looking like a poor mother fucker

Don’t listen to your detractors Dave - this was a very sophisticated scam - right up there with Bernie Madoff she was.

tip for the future - stop drinking that carrot juice - hee haw.
