Went on an after work spree and almost completed my Christmas shopping. Feeling terribly organised.

I drunk drove to Morrisons this morning to do a small shop and they had full racks of ribs reduced from £7.50p/Kg to £5.00p/Kg, bought 3Kgs and then checked out. Got to the car to open another bottle of wine in the car park and thought the bill was a bit low. I checked the receipt and weirdly none of the packs of ribs which i saw her scan had registered so free ribs. I may crack another bottle in celebration when i get home......don't tell AO

You could slow cook them in a bottle of Merlot.

Have a couple of sides with them for dinner....
