Not that we care enough about having a Brit of year to actually see, Mendy.

Btw i have my own house in Edmonton , bought and paid for. Next year at some point , I'm going to the Phills.
The not real Bailey's from Villa is actually quite nice and at more than half the price it's a bargain. Although now I've got to go and get a 2nd bottle because this one won't last the day.... *Hic*
Christ, you really do consume some absolute :icon_poo:
Have been at my target weight for Christmas the last 3 mornings. Which is 6kg less than I was in August. Fight training starts again in the new year.
2.6kg to trim off for my Songkran target weight. Nay bother thanks to morning cycling/jogging, afternoon gym and delicious healthy evening herbal teas everyday.
4.6kg to get to my wringing-wet fighting weight, if I have a fight later next year.
Chai-Yo!. :-)
Have you ever got to your 'fighting weight' and actually had a fight?
I have.
As I'm now above it, and started life under it, I would have gotten to my optimum fighting weight at least once before.

Not as such, no.
Though I've had lots of simulated fights whilst wearing big pads. :yup:
Righto.
I shall aim to get to my skydiving weight in 2024.
Top man!
Cyrille Su Su!
Cyrille Su Su!
I think Cyrille is assuming such a moral high ground that he needs to skydive out of it. :smileylaughing:
Had a nice barbecue Monday night. Big bone in pork chops, nice bacon wrapped fillets of pork. Cajun potato salad, some vegetable skewers and a couple of loaves of garlic bread. Was made all the nicer as Mendip and his daughter joined us for a great meal and a long evening of good conversation. Had good sleep then coffee and some banana cake in the morning and they were off.
We had such a good time we totally forgot photos save one.

Wot no peas?
After a dry spell, my wooden front doors close again. Joy.
Only one of the bolts slides home. One step at a time.
^ No need, guess what will be the main side for our Christmas lunch on Monday!
Anyway, I had some major cheer today. I bumped into my old mate Tom while out and about around Bangkok.
He hated it that even after standing on a wooden tray, and wearing platforms, I was still the tallest!

I bet that doesn’t happen often.
^ It doesn't mate, Tom rarely visits Bangkok.
^ Weren't you even a little bit tempted to slide your pork sausage through Tom's left hand?
Looks like an opportunity missed.
