Another stint at work completed and I'm back in Thailand this morning. Only a short trip to check on grand niece and escort mrs Troy back to Germany.
Grand niece is in Kon Kaen hospital undergoing stem cell treatment. She's been in a lot of pain, just hoping it'll all end up okay for her.
