This thread is moving in an unenvisioned direction.

Its not going to be a re-run of Fish's shitter thread.

Naah, its next to the catfish tank! Another delicacy I don't really appreciate.

I steer clear, apart from to sneak a couple into the pond now and again. Feel sorry for 'em to be honest.

There's some Morlam concert around here somewhere tonight, thousands of kids on scooters descending on the place. You'd probably love it Lu

They take up half the road in their scooter convoys, most of them pulling wheelies. This happened just down the road from where I am three hours ago.

They've just offered to kill a chicken for my dinner. I know one has to die somewhere to accommodate that but think I'll drive 15kms to the nearest 7 and get another ham and cheese toastie. I did a 30km round trip earlier to this Good Guys Pizza place that got a 4.8 rating on Google and it closed down 3 months ago.

    So what to do...

A- let them kill the chicken
B- Get a ham and cheese toastie
C- Drive for half an hour to The Pizza Company
D- Drive an hour and 9 minutes to the nearest Maccy Ds

Someone's as happy as a pig in shit

Thing is, I had similar once. You can drive off for a toastie, and the chicken will get a reprieve of a day. Or maybe it will be soup by the time you return anyway.

Let them cook you the chicken. Just keep clear when the deed is done.

The chicken gets to go to chicken heaven, Dillette doesn't need to know and only Dill will be left feeling he's lost his appetite - name it first....

    Happy days.

    Mine's coming along nicely.

    Ho ho ho!

So tempted to shave it off, feels weird having a hairy face.

Tis the fashion at the moment and the ladies take a second look, not sure if that's a good thing

No it's definitely American shit Jeff. Although that does bring up a point.. why are there African Americans and Hispanic Americans but no white American calls himself an English American?

Packing for the trip back tomorrow.

Having struggled to get down to 30Kg each, early check-in says we have a 40Kg/person allowance.

Well Mrs Somtam ain't happy, bet on Norts number 67 and it lost, i also did 24. Both up and down 200 bht a number, she's out over 12k, cheers Norts for making my other number lucky.

That's a Steak sorted in one of the overprice bkk eateries, Mrs doesn't eat beef so special twig and tree leaves a or some such will keep her happy.

    Back on track ...

This was going initially into the Daily Moan however ...

Thai Partner and the Rugrats flew back into the Kingdom last week.

No Hi-so Luggage, a few standard Luggage bags and a black duffle bag ... all with a red ribbon around the handle.

Landed, Immigration, luggage carousel. Bag 1√, Bag 2√, black duffle bag X

There was one bag, black with a red ribbon, similar but not ours left unclaimed.

Registered the lost bag with AirAsia and proceeded to lose all hope to retrieve it.

Miracles of Miracles ... 3 days later it got delivered.

    Happy Days

I'm home...it was a poor 24 hours getting here but who cares. Kids and dogs are pleased. It's dry as hell and pretty warm for 7pm. A second glass of cold beer and I'll be off to bed.

Love being home in the middle of nowhere.

I've heard it keeps the PH level correctly balanced. Along with a horse hair filter, from an ex German 3 day event, Olympic medal winning, mare.

No lay up but flight delayed and missed early flight to Udon. Immigration were their usual selves but more to do with people in front not knowing the procedure. Packed flight and I had the middle seat in the centre aisle of a 777. Not pleasant and zero sleep. Films were good though...4x4 and official secret being the pick of several.
Same taxi driver as always took us home and car started first time as always. Went for a spin to drive off the flat spots.
Many from family around now so l'll not have that much needed sleep just yet....
Good brandy and a bottle of aberfeldy for new year celebrations...to go with the hairy biker vodka...loving this already....
