Despite the doom and gloom surrounding UK car manufacturing visited upon the Brexit thread by Bsnub, the future of small urban transport and electrification is in safe hands. Peel have never stated that when they ramp up production, quality suffered as Elon of Tesla fame has admitted. GTFIT Peel, keep flying the flag

Mr Hat why do you get so worked up over a light hearted thread, once you post up the rules on this thread Nampiktoot started which preclude the posts i have made in this thread then i'll understand not only the angry comments you make here but your pathetic little red repo comments also.

Another cheer, at least i don't wake up angry looking for forum fights daily, mercury? or micro plastics, lack of B12 or Iron

Valid question, though - why do you post your Brexit crap in a daily cheer thread as well?

Well i am cheering on British car manufacturing, something you are clearly jealous of. Its sad really, the closest your adopted country has come to transport is adding merino wool to shitty over priced trainers that climatologists who are overpaid Govt employees espouse.

My daily cheer is that I made a Welsh Lamb stew for under a quid and it fed four people, damn delicious and empty bowls all round.

That's a daily cheer . . . and how did you do all that for under a pound? Did you not use lamb?

Bogon... no just buy a Ford or a BMW as they have heated screens.

Didn't your palms and nails get fooking cold once you'd applied the sanitiser and started scraping, don't use your bank card (that is a tip). Just deploy the Dlllette Defroster.

Congratulations to you both, I expect Luigiettamond will be delighted to have a sibling. Saturdays getting dragged around abandoned buildings won't be the same. Someone will probably ram a load of parked cars when they read the news.

All about the medical grade alcohol.
    Great stuff for numerous applications.

If your curious, can also be distilled [with a few tweaks] into a decent elixir.

On line ordering in Thailand really is the dogs bollix.

Just did a tops order, got a slot for same day delivery (3 hours) for free (6K baht order).

Realized I had forgotten ground coffee ( a morning must have), went back on line, ordered some, paid for same day delivery (60 baht) and 45 minutes later a grab delivery motorbike pulled up and passed over the coffee.

    Fucking brilliant.

A year in and the visa needed renewal. I woke this morning wondering this would end up in the moan thread or the cheer thread, Immigration always seems like a lottery.
I recently trotted off to Immigration for my 90-Day report, which I had done online but couldn't get the result because according to my browser the security certificate on the Immigration https site had expired. It seems they had overlooked renewing it, which is ironic in the context of what happens if you forget to renew your visa. I used the visit to show all my paperwork for the annual renewal and to make sure I had a list of exactly what was required - we all know the requirements can vary from place to place and from day to day.
So this morning I stopped by the bank, got the letter and statement history and made a withdrawal to demonstrate the account is active today. First problem: the statement total is different from the bank book balance this morning. (Well, it would be, you wanted me to make a transaction and update the passbook this morning.) After discussion the boss agreed to accept a copy of the tansaction slip alongside the staement. Hoop jumped through.
All the documents are in order.
Where is the TM30? (Me: It was done a year ago on the App, as you personally advised us to do. There isn't a paper copy. Him: Okay, but it isn't on my system, I can show you.) There's nothing on his system, which he explains might be because there are separate systems and the App still aint working. So the gf filled out an undated TM30 request and the boss approved it all. No penalties. Final hoop, nimbly leapt through.
The boss sternly examined all the documents for about 20 seconds and nodded her approval. Blue rubber stamps and red rubber stamps thumped their ways about the paperwork. He gave me a new 90-Day report to sign and I am good to stay in Thailand for another year.
I passed over two fresh notes and 'forgot' to wait for my change. Everybody happy.

    "O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
    He chortled in his joy.

Am i moving North is more pertinent, or am i moving further South - the insurmountable barrier that is the M4 coupled with incomprehensible accents is a difficult obstacle.

Why not just stay where you are? A nice enough area that you seemed well settled in.

Liquidating and downsizing and moving nearer to family. Being a landlord is a pain in the arse also.
