I wonder what the legal position is of calling someone a peado on the internet?
Seems rash considering the lack of evidence Wally has.
Would Wally be prepared to go to court about it?

OK - fair call. I have been looking for links about the 12/13 year olds, but cant find any.
The 17 year old girl did say in interviews that there were girls that age present. She also makes accusations that Andrew took part in orgies of 8 people or so, and that the girls were under 18.
“The third time I had sex with Andy was in an orgy on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands. I was around 18 at the time,” longtime accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre wrote in the Florida court docs.
“Epstein, Andy, approximately eight other young girls and I had sex together. The other girls all seemed and appeared to be under the age of 18 and didn’t really speak English.
“Epstein laughed about the fact they couldn’t really communicate, saying that they are the ‘easiest’ girls to get along with,” claimed Giuffre.

Epstein is an accused sex trafficker and aledgedly had minors in his home, and as Andrew stayed at his home and went to his parties it is plausible he was involved - but yes - I jumped the gun with the title of this thread.
He is innocent until proven guilty.
The interview made me cringe, as he just appears to be full of shit.
But I will admit that the issue is an emotional one for me, as a childhood victim.
The trauma took almost 40 years to surface in my case, so I understand why other victims take a long time to come forward in many cases.
But yeah - the guy deserves a chance to clear his name.
The alledged victim has apparently just recorded her own BBC interview, so I guess we will learn more when that comes out.

There is no proof and it will be interesting to see if he does ever testify, unlikely i fear. My opinion of the man is that he is an entitled waster who associates with rich despots who have bankrolled his proclivities whilst touring the world on the taxpayer as a so called Uk trade envoy.
It seems the motherly bonds are too strong and the Queen is going to back him, a mistake imho, she could have secured the monarchy's status as still relevant and in touch by injecting some reality and stripping him of his title and telling him to face the fukin muisc for once in his cosseted life. Oh well.
I managed to catch enough of the interview to deduce what a fucking car crash it was.
"I went to stay in his gaff for four days to end our friendship"!
FFS way to make yourself look like a lying bastard.
^ He also said he told Epstein he didn't want to be seen with him again but went outdoors for a walk in the park to tell him. What an utter fool.
The ineptness of the interview might actually serve to back him up to some degree.
If he really had been up to the nasty business with children I am sure he would be shitting himself now and keeping it well buttoned.
The fact that he agreed voluntarily to make a complete fool of himself and make it obvious that he really was bangin young cuties (not children) trafficked by Epstein from the embarrassing lameness of the denial attempts makes me think that it is very unlikely that he was actually up to any serious nasty paedophilia.
It is also possible that the faux-gauche idiocy of the interview may be a Machiavellian plan of double deception but he genuinely does not come across as clever enough to pull that stunt.
He was asked on numerous occasions during the interview to publicly label his accusers as liars and he ducked and dived all over the shop with vague untruth references.
FFS he is worse then Bill Clinton about his head job denial.
King Henry the 8th is probably turning in his grave over this gutless twat.
It will all come out if he has been fucking kids. Looper's view seems the likeliest atm.
But the Sunday World, an Irish newspaper, claimed in a piece in November 2000 that onlookers had seen the Duke at New York nightclubs looking pale and with his face “running with sweat” the weekend before. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/prince-and...QxuMBOs1AdBgvx
No proof, you do know what that means? No proof found as yet you fuking muppet, not that it doesn't exist. You seem to spend more time reading between the lines of posts than putting forward your own opinion, not that you have one outside of what the Guardian feeds you.
The bloke has been a disgrace for most of his adult life but because of his privileged position if brought to account for himself under oath i have no doubt that he'd display the same integrity and moral fibre as he has amply demonstrated hitherto and lie out of his fat arse.
I was pointing out that the Queen should use the opportunity to set an example and position the Royals in a more human light instead of aloof and above the people.
Erm my middle paragraph was about Airmiles not Syb although you'd be forgiven for the confusion.
Seeing as productivity gains are the current catch words, maybe we could get some productivity gains by "downsizing" the royal family. Keep the Pork and Bean and Grandson Willy and send the rest including anyone on the public purse into early retirement. Wouldnt hurt to start a bit of land confiscation ala zimbabwe starting with the duke of westminster.
UK's Corbyn: Serious questions to be answered about Prince Andrew
November 19, 2019.
MANCHESTER, England (Reuters) - Britain’s opposition Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn said on Tuesday there were questions to be answered after a televised interview in which Prince Andrew denied accusations he had sex with a teenage girl.
Andrew, Queen Elizabeth’s second son, has faced a backlash for his explanation of his relationship with late U.S. financier Jeffrey Epstein and a denial of ever having sex with one of Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Giuffre.
Speaking publicly for the first time about his relationship with Epstein, who killed himself in August while being held on federal sex-trafficking charges, he gave an at times rambling and contradictory account.
Since the interview with the BBC aired on Saturday night, it has overshadowed Britain’s election campaign.
Asked during a televised election leadership debate with Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday whether the monarchy was fit for purpose, Corbyn said: “It needs a bit of improvement.”
When the presenter followed up by asking whether Prince Andrew was fit for purpose, Corbyn said: “There are very, very serious questions that must be answered and nobody should be above the law.”
In response to the same questions, Johnson said “the institution of the monarchy is beyond reproach”.
“All our sympathies should be with the victims of Jeffrey Epstein, and the law must certainly take its course,” he added.
