We were almost neighbours HH. I grew up about 5 miles from Chew Magna and used to visit regularly for fly fishing on Chew Valley (and Blagdon) lake.

^^ Yes, Woodford Lodge. I had season tickets on Blagdon for years as a teenager until I got caught with 15 trout one time and got banned. Back then we used to drink in the Live and Let Live in Blagdon. They served 16 year olds no problem.

A beautiful part of the world. However did we both end up in Korat I wonder... I still do a bit of fishing, pla dook and pla nin out of our pond. Not quite the same as fly fishing for trout though.

Okay memba's, entry nr. 2 is on the map, a "Forbeswood Heights"; can't find this name in the member list, also can not link this name to a poster in this thread, but the map works. No real names and or email adresses revealed unless you put them yourselves in the description box. Avatars can be added in that box as well by clicking on the camera icon.

    The map

Added both my current (Bangkok) and original (Palo Alto, CA) hometowns. Good map, easy to use.
