It's handy, I can "accidentally" lock myself out there.

Tooled up for the next project:

My smart cookie wife got dude to throw in a broken / half one for freesies so I can practice drilling and painting on that before proceeding the fuck up the real ones:

So I'm having some dilemmas and second thoughts now, this isn't fitting my eye like I'd pictured it would. For one the color I got just doesn't seem right, it's supposed to be a terracotta like color but looks more pinkish to me. That can be changed with some more tint of course but right now I can't decide between...

    Vertical or horizontal; and

    Painted or unpainted.

Might need to sleep on this one until the weekend and then sit there and stare at the wall whilst drinking beers for a bit.

Vertical, painted. They'll go a dirty colour otherwise I'd guess

Yep pretty much settled on vertical now as Mrs. R likes that too.

Still not sure on that paint though. I might just hang them for now unpainted, can always come back and paint later even if it will be slightly more painful

Whichever way you go they would look better higher up and not sat on that ledge, so they are perfectly central and symmetrical

    Like this...

I don't have a picket fence Booners, never have had one, you're confusing your obsessive fantasies for reality again.

Called any more kids abusive names recently?
