What on earth is reverse-racism? Do you mean that it's racism when it's white vs POC and reverse-racism when it's POC vs White?

How about if a POC is racist towards an Asian? Is that demi-reverse racism? Or perhaps you think it's not possible for POC, Asians and anyone else whose is not Caucasian to be racist.

Aside from understanding racism and the insidious effect it has on those at the receiving end, one need to also understand social skill and their importance at the workplace and life in general.
