I have cut down on my hotel spending. Times are tough and credit card points are getting stingy.

So, just came back from Patterz and stayed at the new Centre Point adjacent to Terminal 21.

BTW, gotta join the doom and gloom crowd and say Pattaya indeed looks dead. I think it was a mistake building this mall as the Central Festival looks creepily creepy. I can honestly say that there seems to be at least 50% less customers than last year.

Anyhoo.... on to the pics.

The hotel itself is a bit of a disappointment. Not worth the money even on the "cheap" rate at US$ 120 a night. It does come with free breakfast and depending on the room you can have it on the first floor with all the Chinese commoners or at the rooftop. We got a free room upgrade and got a rooftop breaky. Hint: I noticed that a lot of hotels in Pattaya will upgrade your room if you don't come with a hooker.

What does it mean by 'nozzle clean'? Does some diminutive , smoking hot lass jump out and clean your 'nozzle' when you press that button??

Also - those Japanese words for 'full flush' actually translates as 'Go fcuk yourself - Nippon twat'. I'm not sure about the words used for 'light flush', but it includes the phrase 'miniscule penis'.

went there a few weeks ago. and agree its not up to scratch yet. Pool is especially poorly designed, though the rooms are pretty cool.
breakfast on the roof is a shambles also

if you go for the seafood buffet you can bring your own booze with no corkage however

Chatrium Riverside.

Good value for money if you book outside of season. Starting to show its age, but spacious comfortable rooms (I always get 1 bedroom suite), decent breakfast and a nice choice of welcome drinks. Highly recommended at USD $100 per night including tax.

They refurbished the rooms at millennium hilton and I don't like it. Review coming in 3 days.
