Some sympathy for Butters but not much. Microsoft's rush to make big bucks prematurely releasing a new and questionable improved version full of bugs is the problem. Throw on top of that it's failure to support old versions, forcing users to spend money on newer versions is ridiculous.
Manufacturers of just about any other product would never get away with it.
