Seven year old Maryland child expelled from school in 2016 for eating his PopTart. The case was later settled out of court. Horrific. Imagine the trauma of the other students.

A Maryland judge has upheld the suspension of a second-grader who chewed his breakfast pastry into the shape of a gun and pretended to shoot classmates.

Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge Ronald A. Silkworth ruled this week that the school system could reasonably consider that the boy’s actions in March 2013 were disruptive and that a suspension was appropriate, due to the boy’s past behavioral issues, The Washington Post reported Thursday.

Josh Welch, then 7 years old, suffered from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD. Park Elementary School suspended him for two days after he nibbled his pastry into what administrators said resembled a gun and exclaimed: “Look, I made a gun!”

The story swept national news and Josh quickly became an icon among gun rights activists. The National Rifle Association even awarded him with a lifetime membership.

That is definitely an Isaan nose. My MiL has one exactly like it.

My Isaan MIL's nose was so small it was almost not there. Her sister's was almost just a hole in her head.

No doubt caused by regular porridge bowl abuse.

If I've been told correctly the shirted ones are, at the time of selection, uni students etc and are exempt conscription at this time. Like the monk they will be called back at a later date to see if they then qualify. I obviously missed the start of proceedings and I believe the katoey's had already left the venue. The shirtless ones are the ones available for selection and I believe they have to have a medical, hence no shirts and no long pants.

Me as a teenager at the Crazy Horse on Beach Road mid 80s. My mum saw it and didn’t talk to me for a year. Something to do with Jesus, fornication and going to hell. I never did tell her I took the bus boy off as well. :-)
