Damage to my car in the 80s driving on the Hume Hwy from Melbourne to Sydney . . . at 4am. What fun it was being stuck on the side of the road with a kangaroo leg wedged into where my lights used to be . . . and waiting for a tow truck fro the next town - no mobile phones in those days.

Plus, it was a convertible . . . little protection.

Problem with these things is that they are bottom-heavy, so lucky I didn't hit it head on in the middle of the car

A few years ago I was getting a tour of Confucius homestead. The original wooden building had been replaced 400 years ago by a stone one, but everything else remained.
Look what I spotted growing in the back yard.
This could explain a lot.
