Most Koreans in Jeongja dong (if not the greater Bundang gu) aspire to live in Park View where the execs chopper in from Incheon regularly. I used to teach privately on the top. Dr. Lee told me the heli price got hiked recently to 1,500 usd 1 way due to gas prices. He doesn't care as Samsung eats the bills.

I was across the way in the red brick b/d (school provided) in rm 404, the most devilish apt. (4 being similar to Satan in Chinese)
