Actually worked out quite well for me -neither I nor my significant other knew each other's language (she didn't speak a word) well enough to have a "real" argument. Although she is an expert at the "silent treatment". Another plus is the more or less built-in excuse of "just doesn't understand the language", go's along with standard number two "just doesn't understand the culture".

If you are going to want to meet and date a pretty woman it's going to take some looks, a personality and of course a stable financial position.

Don't forget the farang scene has always been a small fraction of the total flesh trade. The central essence is that the hiring people look for someone who will not be a threat to them, and will happily settle into a subservient position. Hiring someone who can actually do the job - and may therefore be smarter than them - is against every grain in their body. So we end up staffed with drudges and drones. A number of times I heard that there was a great candidate who was passed over for someone more malleable and subservient.

Now I sit on some hiring committees, so we can at least get some one who has a chance of doing the job.

conicidentally, just this morning my wife showed me a "thing" going around on Thai social media. It shows two woman, pic 1 and pic 2. Pic one is of a young Thai woman who only her mother would say is ok looking, and most would say is downright ugly. Pic 2 is of a very pretty Thai girl. Pic one is of a girl with a masters degree and several other qualifications, while girl 2 has nothing. The question; Who would you hire? The vast majority of replies chose pic 2 to be employed while my wife chose girl 1 as the common sense (and only) option.
I suspect, and like to think, most intelligent Westerners would employ girl 1... but maybe not TD members

the question is are u to marry or fuck said girl. for a relationship girl one.. for a sexual encounter, girl two. but not necessarily so.

that works fine for a micro business or an early startup, but once you reach 100 or more employees, dummies are easier to hire and faster to put online with your corporate policies if you want to grow fast
