Me Mudda is anti-vitamin.
Gets her levels checked regularly and is never lacking....even in Vit D.
Strong constitution, I'd say.

Yeah, I think you're right.
Fire-Chillies for breakfast anyone?
Healthy bunch apparently.
For me:
Morning, One 5mg bisoprolol, one 81mg aspirin, one 10mg effient (although stopping that one in 2 weeks time).
Evening, one 40mg chlovas (atorvastatin), one 2.5mg bisoprolol.
Damn Hick you must be a train wreck to need all that shit. How old are you?
That GNC place Hick's been frequenting is a massive fuckin Rip off.
Take your pick out of the slaying they get from bodybuilding forums etc.....
https://www.google.co.th/search?ie=U...&q=gnc+rip+off
^ never been interested in bodybuilder's pov, tbh.
Old enough to realize I did some serious damage to my body through decades of smoking, alcoholism, drug use and overconsumption of American food/garbage which (combined w/ little to no exercise & limited time in nature) created multiple vitamin deficiencies among other issues.
I don't plan to continue taking multiple vitamins forever and am already borderline to reducing 4 of the vits pictured.
While food contains most vitamins, I'm in the process of becoming raw vegan. It is a long process and to be accomplished safely, one must get very in tune and aware of what their body may be lacking, first - during and through the rise in %ages of rawness.
But of course it's mainly how you feel. I feel that daily yoga and meditation have allowed me to get deeply in touch with what's working for me and what's not. I don't care how hippy-hokey that sounds to you. These are tried and true exercises with rich histories of self-improvement.
I was a complete mess, tunk and cheated death numerous times in a number of ways that I'd rather not get specific about now. So I decided to win rather than give in.
Admitted what I was facing, made plans and stuck to them.
I'm not finished and never will be as long as I have a breath.
This is the healthiest I've ever felt, beet I've ever slept and have never had this much natural energy.
However, I do suffer from morning anxiety which is a remnant of a past ailment.
Not severe and easily reduced to nothing with routine exercise.
The fact that I purchased at gnc has nothing to do with gnc. I admit it is a massive rip off in Thailand, but in Anchorage, they had the goods I needed. It was convenient and I got a massive discount for using Chase Sapphire.
The only things I follow are my feelings, test results and 2 different docs I've come to respect.
How old do I look?
^ An old and worn out Farang dependent on any current trendy fashion?
I'll take a guess.. 60?
Since we're showing off our Adonis bodies, how old do I look?
Late 50's?
If you mean me, correct, 60 in a few months
None, although in the past I have done everything going other than roids. So it is kinda ironic that the only thing I would consider doing these days is a cycle. Vanity
Adding to the thread, early in my years up to 45 I abused my body as well. Drugs. drinking. extreme sports (Broken many bones) etc. To this day I am surprised my health remains good. I will say that I eat WAY better and smaller portions in Thailand which I applaud my wife for. I also believe retiring early and getting off the hamster wheel and being debt free has had a big impact as stress is a huge killer for people.
While I appreciate that we are all physiology different and clearly what works for me will not for others I find that many blindly take what a doc tells them too or over vitamin because of some health magazine. Honestly without sounding corny here, becoming self aware of your diet, exercise, activity level and meds prescribed to you are paramount to living a sustainable healthy life. That said I feel fortunate at this juncture in my life that I am healthy, do what I like, still play hard, do not wear glasses, hear perfectly etc.
I prefer to avoid all pills (Pharmaceutical or Vitamins) and if ever prescribed will read what I need to do to avoid taking them.
@skkin: close....48.3
