To my knowledge, the only original means of Thai 'Car'.

The Beast is popular in Isaan.

    The remarkably versatile Etan.

The Citroen SM from the early '70's was quite exotic at the time, with several variants, one with a 3 Litre V6 from Maserati.

Actually, I hired one in London back in the late eighties.

Almost got her to 70 miles an hour (downhill, with a tail wind)

Off a cliff if you want to reach 70.

Wholeheartedly agree. In Thailand I have a Toyota D4 with a fibreglass canopy.

FiL has an older Toyota Ute/Truck/Pick up

Just trying to add some Thai Flavour with the Etan

Bugatti was a French car manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, founded in 1909 in the then German city of Molsheim, Alsace by Italian-born Ettore Bugatti.

French cars are shit, if you had a choice between a Renault,Citroen, Peugeot or a BMW,Land Rover,Toyota. What would you choose? Be honest..

If I was in France I'd probably get the V6 version of a Peugeot 406 (preferably with false number plates ), because I have been in one and the driver flattened it. I know how scarily fast they accelerate and how well they handle in curves.

There is a very good reason they featured in a few gangster movies.

They call them Chelsea tractors in the UK.
Some enterprising person invented a bag of dirt to throw over them , make them look like proper 4x4's.

If it was, then De Niro and others have used Peugeot 406s in other gangster movies.

When my car was damaged by a German teenager in his dads Merc, I was given a courtesy car by the insurers.
The only car they had available was an Audi Quattro. No matter how hard I pushed it, or however bad the road conditions were, it was impossible to get it out of shape.

The Peugeot 406 is, like most French made luxury saloons, a compromise between handling and comfort.

    Die hard?

    Die soft?
