As I said earlier the clifford and Harris trials where a free for all for the Media they could post what they liked about the trial whilst it was going on, the police even encouraged witnesses to come forward.

Though with the grooming gangs they wish to gag everyone regarding the trials.

Personally I'd say the police should be encouraging even more people to come forward regarding these gangs.

You may find I'm trying to find the police rational in why they encourage certain parts of society to come forward but not the other.

Judges can tell jurors to avoid following the case in the media, but they can't ask them to avoid gobby midgets spouting bollocks as the jurors walk past.
