^Doesn't really appear to be much of one. Deadbeat kid who wants to continue to sponge off of parents. Parents stupid enough to take it to the courts, rather than just beating him to a pulp, taking his keys, and tossing him to the curb.

Sad and I expect many in similar fix if not at the courts.

^One of my kid brother's sons pays US$7500 a month, plus utilities, for a small, 3-bedroom apartment in San Francisco. He has 5 roommates....with food and basic amenities, each is out over $1500 a month just for basic lodging. Fortunately, they're all fairly recent graduates, so it's like they never left the dorm.
