But they do stipulate safer than cigarettes with a lot less chemical and no carcigenic burning....not healthy... like they could get away with back in your daywith the Marlboro man, the Lucky Strike girl who died of throat cancer and James Dean and the like.

Good feeling waking up without coughing up grotesque coloured phlegm that's sometimes blood-flecked, and not having a burning sensation in both lungs isn't it.

Said before and will say again, after trying every method to give up smoking over many years and knowing they were killing me, it was e-cigs that got the job done in the end.

^ Erm HW if you are Vaping you haven't really given up, just switch health risks to a new product, albeit not as dangerous (?).

Champix is what did it for me c8 years ago. Took them and after 3-4 weeks never thought about cigs again. It did have side effects and serving 3 years for manslaughter and 2 for arson was a small price to pay.
