2. that host knew exactly what was going to happen, and his entire performance was done for ratings and publicity
3. the organization responsible for the dissemination of this video (MEMRI) is known for its anti-islam propoganda and was founded by former IDF.

Absolutely. Invite him on the show with the intention of kicking him off the show, for one. Possibly other reasons too.

But to be honest, given the way Egyptians feel about religion, I am very surprised the young man agreed to appear on a TV show and admit to being an atheist.
