Newport School was not some affluent private school.

And his school dinners project took balls too. Tragic that some parents at those schools then would pass burgers and junk to their kids at lunchtime.

Sad to see him unwelcome in a few American schools. He didn't have to do all that, he could have sat on a high horse and not given a shit.
His 'Fifteen' project employed and gave chances to unpriveleged kids and those who had criminal records.

What downfall? You do realise he has many restaurants under many different names, the Armageddon you keep referring to is only one branch of his empire. Well if that's not making it I have no idea what is. Jamie started off on daytime TV years ago and that's where he got his following then Sainsbury's, a supermarket chain in the UK for those unfamiliar with them snapped him up for an advertising campaign and it all took off from there.
