I would have thought being UKIP leader really wasn't worth the shit tbh...

The Ukip leader, Henry Bolton, should quit his post, senior figures from the party have said, after Bolton’s girlfriend was suspended from the party for a reported barrage of racist remarks including ones about Prince Harry’s fiancee, Meghan Markle.

Bolton, who has been leader of the party for less than four months, came under increasing pressure to resign on Sunday after it was revealed that his girlfriend, Jo Marney, 25, had sent a series of messages to a friend in which she made the highly offensive comments.

But.....

In answer to the question: If the job got really grim I'd try to end it as quickly and amicably as possible- no sense in staying if it's misery 100% of time- if I'm in a terrible mood all the time I'm sure it would show in my teaching, which is neither fair nor professional. Luckily I'm in a profession where there is plenty of scope for moving around. I certainly couldn't maintain my current level of professionalism for another year- the place just gets to me and I don't want to become some perma-jaded expat.

She's just saying what the royals and the courtiers will be saying anyway. The only thing saving them both is that he's not from the royal blood line.

For me, it's just a job, nothing more, (albeit an enjoyable job).

At my age, I have no career aspirations. I do the job for the money. Luckily, my current job is very easy-going and I'm able to decide what I teach and how I teach it. But if I started to get 'hassle' from eg admin, then I'd be outa here.

I'd draw the line at having to give BJs to the bosses in order to retain my job.
