    If anyone has a NYR to lose weight (by going to the gym etc), I can say (from seeing my colleagues who made the same resolution last year), that the only one who actually succeeded in dropping the pounds and the flab was ME.

    The only difference between what I did and what they did? I exercised AND dieted. They exercised BUT did not chnage their diet (or changed it only slightly). Their weight hardly changed, they still have the flab, and they refuse to listen when I tell them that they are greedy fcuking animals stuffing their faces full of white rice and greasy pig's bollox

    I'm convinced that the key to losing flab lies mostly with diet, not exercise.

    75% eating and 25% training, any gym junkie will tell you that.

    Yes, and it has been scientifically proven. I also did both to lose weight.
