Thread: Are you becoming noise sensitive as you age ?

The 'flu I caught this time round has made me as deaf as a lamppost the last couple of weeks. It allows me to wander around the shopping malls quite happily for a change. Only problem is I need it to clear up soon, as I'm currently unfit to fly...

^Aw, take care, it is going around. I flew with being stuffed up and developed a sinus infection. Flying with a cold is the worst.


I like my earplugs when I sleep. Too many noisy dogs in my area. Wish I had a gun sometimes.

^ My dog is one of the noisiest and it's very annoying not being able to hear him. Position and bark is everything, especially at night. Easy to distinguish between bad snake, good snake, bad man, good man etc. Wife doesn't hear the nuances the same, which is why I'm upset with being almost deaf at the moment.
