Had to refresh my memory so went to Wiki.
Intresting place. Nice to have a farm or somesuch if you're in to that and fishing, but this from Wiki makes it somewhat a dubious place for a holiday: " It is also generally wet and cloudy."

I think you'd like aslo Eu Portuguese Madeira less remote, spectacular climbs and much much nicer climate off African coast
