Thread: What was the happiest time of your life?

and did you realise it as such at the time?

for me it was on a ship doing a coastal run around Brazil. A few hours at sea followed by a few days in each port such as Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis and my favourite - Sao Sebastio. I doubt anything will ever get better than that. And yet at time I thought it was great but not THAT great......

I honestly don't think i've been happier than i am right now, this last couple of years since I have been with my wife TD.

I mean my wife and TD.

I do realise it too.

Nov Rain - you hit on a very important point - i dont think having a lot of money came into any occasion i really had a good time.

one second is long enough.

i was thinking about being 14 yrs old and playing football after school until it became so dark no-one could see the ball. that was pretty cool as well. its really sad but i can still remember some of the goals i scored

I'm figuring 'time' means more than an individual experience, holiday, lay, etc.

That being the case, I can honestly say...never more than now.

That's not some 'wanky' claim. It's just that I figure I am old enough, experienced enough, 'whatever' enough that if I'm not happy with my current situation, I can always get off my arse and change it...

Yeah that would be pretty cool. i never hit a six, only a few fours - but there is one catch i took i will probably remember until my dying day - and another one i dropped that i will keep trying to forget until my dying day
