Do you like to take a shot with your breakfast? Do you pour beer into your fruit loops? When do you take your first nip?

Around 4-5 in the p.m. rarely before and only every other day.
Unless we're on holiday or it's a special occasion, like a week end or a week day.
Play it by ear really.
Interesting. So you rotate days then. What time do you you head off to bed?
Around 10 ish depending on how I feel. Good movies or stuck into a book can change that.
You?
Why dont you share your drinking habits Bsnub. Youre the OP.
My rule is never before noon but it has to be Noon some where on the planet...
All kidding aside, I don't have a set drink day or but I never drink before 5pm or so unless I started the BBQ. A drink in hand is mandatory for that event. I typically only drink 1 day a week but it can be a binge.
3pm with a glass of white today as about to do a carbonara dinner.
Everyday is different, bed around midnight if I have to get up to take the kid the school, around 1-2am if not. Depends what we're doing, usually at home so wine with dinner, or beer, depending on the food.
I only drink 3 days a week now, every day was getting to be a bore. On a drinking day sometime 10 AM but not too late in the day as that gives me stomach problems when sleepy bo bo time comes round
Dunno if Im becoming allergic to the stuff or what but it just makes me feel like shit/bloated/need a piss constantly. Dont sleep very well when I drink either. Generally feel like ive consumed a light poison for about 24 hours.
^ Me too, so I very rarely drink and when I do, it's usually only one bottle or can, unless I'm at a party or a wedding, then I might drink 2 or three bottles or have a few glasses of whisky. Always in the evening.
I don't find it necessary to consume often, less every day. Not healthy for me personally at this stage [age] in my life.
Today, I belong to the binge class - get together with the guys for a couple days of drunk merriment.
I can go a couple months without touching and feel right comfortable.

Specialty Ya Dong/Lau Long is the secret for a spirited soul.
Too early (before 15:00) is a sin.
Friday cocktails: 5:30-7pm (2 strong JWB cocktails)
Saturday lunch: 12:30-1:30 (red wine or Asahi beer: normally a bottle of either)

Sunday lunch: 1230-1:30 (red wine or beer: a bottle of either)
That's what I call moderate drinking...things change when friends drop in or the holidays roll around...a cremation, for example...
Majestically enthroned amid the vulgar herd
Whenever I feel like it on the weekend and about 20mins after work on a weekday.
I usually crack the cork about 4am and finish up about 3.59am the next morning.
Also I have a minutes' silence between 3.59 and 4am as it's disrespectful to guzzle then.
(a great time to uncross them legs)
Oh ... the Aussies won the first game of the World Cup tonight ... I might just crack another one now
During the glory years in Isaan, the space-time continuum didn't exist. "Slap," people would enquire, "What time do you have your first drink of the day?" "Eyrhfefuggorff" I would respond, while dribbling sick onto their shoes.
Nowadays — because I'm a responsible sort of a chap — I plump for a glass red wine and 660ml bottle of my favourite lager beer, which this week is Kronenbourg 1664. I have my first sip at around 10pm and my last gargantuan, fuck-off gulp at around quarter past. Crude, but devastatingly effective.
I try to keep busy enough that I don't drink before 6 or 7. That often goes to rat shit though. Once I'm on a session, I usually keep going until the quota of 4 tins of cider, and a couple of cans of lager are polished off. Not good/classy/cool. Got a Doctors appointment later to hear the results of a recent blood test as the gout attacks are coming fast and furious again. That said, I might have a few after. Around 4 pm maybe.
