This is the problem with FRT: he doesn’t really comprehend the topic and what has been said however he clearly believes that this guy shouldn’t have been charged for his actions so keeps shifting the posts in a series of pointless and irrelevant ‘questions’ to try to railroad others into giving him an answer he thinks he can use as a ‘gotcha!’.

It’s really kinda dumb.

It's pretty obvious that initially he didn't read the op properly and give himself time to work out wtf he was talking about. He probably hoped TD's increasingly creaking 'muzziebusters' would weigh in on his side too. Well, the ones that haven't died off yet anyway.
