The gym is way better than Tony's crap gym in Pattaya. It's at a nearby hotel, very well-equipped gym, very few users, (only pretty women, no gay men LoL), nice swimming pool etc etc, cost me about $40 USD per month for full access

She'll be healthy if she quits eating sweets and fatty food and maybe, exercise a bit. A healthy lifestyle is all about choices and having a good positive attitude about things.

But that's too much like hard work for this entitled generation who are used to quick fixes and instant gratification.

I have never been fat, but i do have cellulite. It's an age thing too. I never had tits either. But to be this skinny now, is not a good look!! I can pull my jeans down without undoing them!! They have me on steroids which is really making me hungry, and bringing back my love of cooking. Trying to put weight on is probably as difficult as trying to lose it. But I can't take them forever.

Salted Caramel Icecream!! How come it has taken me 54 years to discover that!!! Gawd, I eat it every day!!

Going to a gym is out, I may start doing some gentle yoga. Moobs and beer guts are ok. Just don't think that everyone thinks you are gorgeous!! There is such a thing as male menopause - andropose, i think it's called.
