I'm from UK but my conduct separates me from foolish chavs like this.

Sounds like he got attacked and robbed .
He had his money and passport stolen, and possible his clothes as well .
Fair enough, maybe he should have avoided that area and not gone out and stayed safely at home, but some people like to get out and see and do things .
Not sure that you cam label him as being a chav, just because he got robbed .

Once they are of driving age they obtain a clapped out old Nova or Metro and then spend a fortune (no one knows where this money comes from, it is one of the many mysteries of the chav) "maxing it up" with big wheels, sound systems and a huge "wanker pipe" exhaust. Chavs can be seen in any copy of Max Power magazine proudly displaying their efforts at automotive design - tossers !!!

You are suggesting that the guy did something wrong and I m defending his wrong doing .
You are also suggesting that its blatantly obvious that he did something wrong because its all on CCTV .
So, back up your comparison and state what the guy did wrong

Seems odd that you are labeling people as being low class chavs and there you are speaking in a very lowly fashion.

I am just going by what has been reported .
His GF didnt leave him because he was drunk, they had been apart for a while .
He wasnt in any bar or anywhere with customers, thye customers who spoke were in a restaurant he was there with them, he was just passing by the restaurant
They only suspect that he was drunk or under the influence of drugs, it hasnt been confirmed .
