I agree with this, and its easy enough to lose a piece of paper. Hardly as if its unthinkable.
    Take phone from pocket.
    Take photo.
    Put phone back into pocket.

Probably 3 seconds and you'll have it forever.

If you have 2 facebook accounts or whatever, send yourself any photos of stuff like that from your phone, and if you ever want or need them again, all you do is look at the messages that you've sent/received and there ya go, you'll have full access to them from any computer in World in about 5 seconds.
true dat,, even i knew that. so ur still missing the point lu....conclusion ,, it must be by choice.

These days you have something you can't lose, you gotta take a pic with your phone and email it to yourself

Yeah, my students now photograph the whiteboard at the end of class.

Except for one Jordanian lad last term who took notes and got A+.

Yeah, I understand and do this as well. But pieces of paper get lost....in the world that is.
Stuff gets forgot, put off, whatever. It happens.

And it is a stupid system, the whole code on a piece of paper thing. Its antiquated.

Pirating is much easier. And that's a problem

"Suck" isn't a reason. How old are you?

And windows 7 has the technological feel of 1997 era computing.

    But whatever floats yer boat.

Yes, I don't suppose you use computers, eh jeff?

In much the same way as you eschew interaction with farang.

I installed Windoze 10 on my own computer today.

After paying $140 for it the pricks wouldn't let me install it without me giving them my email address and telephone number. I hate being manipulated that way.

Heap of shit keeps trying to push new features and crap at me now. I hate it already.

    Bloody Microsoft.

Yes, but I have been using Vista Ultimate for the last 4 years, and you can't upgrade from that.

I was actually very happy with Vista, despite the negative press. It was a stable platform. Unfortunately my hard drive carked it.

I'm in Australia, otherwise I would have got a 300 baht copy.

Now I have to fix my own computer...a desktop....because I'm locked into the cycle. Buying a new or newish Mac is expensive.
I told you all this nearly three years ago. I bought my MacBook Air and so far have had no nasties or been badgered by anything remotely intrusive beyond a notification that there were updates awaiting but if I didn't upload them then that was fine and they would just bugger off and leave it to me to decide when I wanted to have them. If it were Windows it would have awaited the moment when I was in the middle of something critical to interrupt and then download some shit lasting two fucking days without a fucking bye or leave from me.

The keyboard is the only thing I don't like too much but I suppose that's inevitable wth any notebook.

I can't understand why anyone would stay with that Windows shite and have Microsoft in their lives.

A new MacBook Air is around 36,000 baht. its worth it.

Windows is a pain in the arse and Macs are - obviously - for fanboys and retards only. Run Linux.

I bought a new fullsize ASUS laptop with two huge HDD's, that's perfectly adequate to do anything I want, for $129 US. That was a year and a half ago and I'm typing on it right now. As a bonus, if and when the day should come where I spill beer on the keyboard it won't be like losing a first born child. Can't say the same for your airbook, that by all rights should be gold and/or diamond encrusted at that absurd price point
