Home country: UK

1: Family- an obvious if rather cheesy nomination
2. The ability to hop in a car, on a train or bus and be in the countryside for walking and pub exploring.
3: Second hand book shops- the smell and general atmosphere just can't be replicated.
4: Diversity- not going to be popular with the UKIP lot but I for one like walking around town and hearing many different languages and seeing different nationalities and cultures.
5: The peace and quiet. I've mentioned that Mandalay is bloody loud- I've loved being able to get a full nights sleep. That said, my place in Thailand was also much quieter than Mandalay,too.

3- BST- beer gardens and long summer nights
