I've spent far,far more of my adult life in Thailand than in the UK but have certainly not gone native. However I've certainly picked up a few mannerisms that are very Thai in nature:
When someone holds open a door for me or a driver slows to allow me to cross the road I stoop my head and scurry"politely" by.
When greeting a person or saying goodbye I often give a big flouncy wave and brightly say "bye bye, bye bye" in the manner of a preschooler.
Have you picked up any typically "Thai" behavioral affects? If so please share with the forum.
